Course Materials Database (CMD) Update : Semester 1, 2008

Please note the upcoming submission dates for Semester 1 2008 for the CMD.

 

Semester 1, 2008 units:

  • Self activate multiple CMD documents – from January 1 2008
  • Self activate single documents – to be completed now
  • New CMD requests – to be submitted by 4 February 2008

The unit code has changed

If your unit has undergone a unit code change but you require the same materials under the new unit code, use “Self Activation of a single item” or send an email to cmd@qut.edu.au 

 

Removing past exam papers

Past exam papers appear under the unit code applicable at the time the exam was held. These expire after 5 years. To remove a past exam paper from your unit’s CMD, please send an email to cmd@qut.edu.au and specify (1) the unit code (2) the year and (3) the semester of the paper. 

 

Linking to the CMD from QUT Blackboard

To add a link to the CMD to a page in your QUT Blackboard site:

  1. Go into Edit View
  2. Select CMD from the pull-down Select menu (at the top right of the content area)
  3. Click the Go button (to the right of the menu) 
  4. This will bring up the Add CMD form
  5. Select the Submit button and a link to the CMD will be added to the content area.
